Your adventure begins at “Rafter’s Village”, which sits on a natural horseshoe island featuring a fully appointed recreational facility with a bar and souvenir shops. Before embarking on the tour, guests can visit “Miss Martha’s Herb Garden”, a presentation of Jamaica’s herbs renowned for their medicinal and healing properties. Established in 1970, Rafting on the Martha Brae boasts a complement of eighty-five licensed and experienced raft captains. Guests board 30-foot bamboo rafts under the supervision of a licensed dispatcher.
