Trek time: 6–7 hours
Highlights: Cross several suspension bridges, enter Sagarmatha National Park, steep climb to Namche.

Day 3: Acclimatization Day in Namche
Activity: Short hike to Everest View Hotel (3,880m) or Khumjung village.
Highlights: Panoramic views of Everest, Lhotse, Ama Dablam.
Purpose: Acclimatization to prevent AMS (Altitude Mountain Sickness).
Overnight: Namche Bazaar
Day 4: Namche ➝ Tengboche (3,860m)
Trek time: 5–6 hours
Highlights: Ama Dablam views, visit Tengboche Monastery (largest in Khumbu region).

Day 5: Tengboche ➝ Dingboche (4,410m)
Trek time: 5–6 hours
Highlights: Rhododendron forests, Imja Valley, gradual altitude gain.

Day 6: Acclimatization Day in Dingboche
Activity: Hike to Nangkartshang Peak (~5,100m)
Highlights: Views of Makalu, Lhotse, Island Peak.
Purpose: Crucial acclimatization before heading to higher altitudes.

Day 7: Dingboche ➝ Lobuche (4,910m)

Highlights: Memorials at Thukla Pass for fallen climbers, Khumbu glacier moraine.

Day 8: Lobuche ➝ Gorak Shep (5,170m) ➝ Everest Base Camp (5,364m) ➝ Gorak Shep

Highlights: Reach Everest Base Camp! Walk on the Khumbu glacier.

Day 9: Gorak Shep ➝ Kala Patthar (5,545m) ➝ Pheriche (4,240m)
