Know before you book
- A minimum of 4 participants is required for the tour to operate.
- If the minimum is not reached, the tour will be canceled and a notification email will be sent 4 days before departure.
- In case of severe weather (typhoons or snowstorms), cancellation decisions will be made 1 day before departure (local time 18:00) and announced via email.
- Travelers with high blood pressure, heart disease, acrophobia, asthma, epilepsy, or those who are pregnant are not recommended to join.
- No refund will be provided for personal reasons, lateness, or failure to participate.
- The itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, local events, or unforeseen circumstances.
- The tour operates as a shared carpooling service. Other guests may join the tour.
- According to Japanese law, the driver’s maximum working time is 10 hours. Adjustments to the schedule, including reduced sightseeing time or canceled stops, may occur and are not grounds for a refund.
