"Great place for backpackers exploring Hanoi on a budget Perhaps not the best for families. The room was clean but quite utilitarian, not as nice as the photos. There was no elevator, but most of the rooms seemed to be on the main floor. The lock to our room was very poor. It could have been easily picked by a child. But we had no problems. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "

"The advertisement on hotels.com seemed fake. The reviews we read said the owners were super helpful & offered lifts & places to store luggage which is why we booked as we needed to store our suitcases somewhere while we went on a tour to Sapa. The couple who ran the hotel were super friendly but spoke no English so couldn’t help us. The room was big & clean. So was the bathroom.
