"This is the second time I've stayed at this property and once again it was a very rewarding experience. It's a family run hotel and there is a great deal of warmth toward customers. My room was well maintained and I really like the fact that there was always somebody at the front desk in the event I had a question. Giovanni was very helpful on arranging transport for me to the train station.. I look forward to return to Lucca when I do, hopefully I'll be able to stay at this property again."

"The owners of the hotel have a golden heart. The room and bathroom were squeaky clean, the room service outstanding, everything functioning. We loved the family atmosphere. The hotel is situated on the canal within a walking distance from the beach, there are lots of dining options around, and it is easy to get out of the city quickly. A great value for money. "It was a last minute stay as we couldn't drive back to Florence from a day of sightseeing. Despite the last-minute decision, the staff provided complimentary water, and our request for a very late check-in was accommodated.
