I had a couple of problems here.1. arrived at 5:30pm to find the doors locked and no one around. Had to call a local number to gain access. 2. No exterior window in the room. 3. "There are no elevators in this property, and the stairs are narrow and made of stone. Carrying a suitcase up to the second floor was a challenge, and carrying it down after my stay was a bit dangerous and no one to help. "Nice apartment just outside the busiest area of Valletta. All within walking distance of Valletta's main sites. Spacious apartment with bedroom, kitchen area and bathroom. Nice shared rooftop terrace with small jet-tub. However, there is no reception and we didn't have any housekeeping/cleaning for the 7 nights we were there, but we did receive some fresh towels towards the end of our stay. "The hosts were good at communicating ahead of time. When I arrived I was met promptly and shown a room different from my booking (3rd floor, not first floor). They then tried to charge me an additional and previously unmentioned cleaning fee (which I did not pay). The hot tub in the basement was not hot. "The location was perfect , the house is in the center close to everything! Unfortunately is not so clean and we had some problems with insects! However the owner was really helpfull and whatever we needed we communicate with him. For 3 or 4 nights i think is a good and cheap choise!"
