"Really good affordable room with a view of the city and close to Shin Osaka. It was slightly tight with 3 beds and not much storage space but in the end we just wanted a place to sleep after our activities. The staff were really helpful - we had issues with our aircon and they fixed the aircon for us. Additionally the hotel has an in-house laundrette which was great! I wish there were more privacy for when one has a shower/bath as there wasn't really a wall to separate the bathroom to the room...

"This hotel is conveniently location near the station, shopping & dining area. Hotel itself was very clean, bathroom and room were both spacious. I even booked a room with a massage chair. I would book this hotel again if i were ever to come back to Kobe. "

"Amazing location! You are right in the middle of Shinsekai. The zoo is right being the hotel and only cost 500 yen!! Food choices are amazing. The staff is great. They will give you 2 room keys if you ask. And from 8-10pm they have free donuts!! We stayed 10 days. The room is very small but it's Japan! You will not get a better hotel for the money. "

Free movies on a big tv. Onsen mens or ladies only spas is fantastic. Clean facility and hot tubs or pools of varying temperatures. We will visit again. Great location above central metro station to easily get around and only 5 stops from Shinkansen train station. "
