However, the noise insulation is poor and our sleep was disturbed every night by shouting, screaming, cars racing and honking their horns, deliveries, snowplough tractor, etc. right outside our 2nd floor window."

"We had a spacious room with a small balcony. ( too cold to sit outside when we stayed) Room is very clean and comfortable with a fridge and dishwasher, bathroom looked newly renovated. The bed was a very comfy double bed but one side of the bed is fitted to the wall, it makes it very awkward for the person sleeping on that side getting in & out of the bed, especially if you are not so mobile or knee problems. We were with my 83 yr old grandma who needed a highly walkable location so this was perfect for her. Front desk staff amazing as well!!"
