We stayed in a family room, all of the beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom was clean. The bar in the lobby was fun (we even caught some live performances on Saturday night) and cocktails were good. Breakfast had several options, and was fast and efficient. We enjoyed the pinball machines too! It’s fairly close to Stockholm Central Station, and there are lots of public transit options nearby. Would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Stockholm.

The dining options were really limited and the staff were so rude. My bed was dirty when I got there and I asked them for clean sheets and a clean towel which was dirty and they told me I couldn't have anything clean for 5 days even though I was just checking in and it was ridiculous. They gave me a twin sheet for a king bed and I had to wait two days just to get a clean sheet it sucked

Dear Generator Team, I’m writing to share some feedback from my recent stay. The night before an important business meeting, I spoke with the front desk and was assured that I could use an iron in the laundry room the following morning. I also called in advance to confirm this. However, when I went to the laundry room the next morning, there was no iron available. This caused a major inconvenience, as I was unable to iron my clothes before my meeting and had to attend looking unprofessional. Given the nature of my visit, this was particularly disappointing. I value clear and accurate communication, especially when it concerns essential amenities. I hope steps can be taken to ensure other guests don’t experience a similar issue in the future. Good value for money

Renting the bigger towels for showering is fine but not having a single small towel to dry hands in the toilet is pretty sad. Also, the check out time at 10.00am is already ridiculously early so there really should not be need for the cleaning stuff to come knocking on the door ar 9.00am.

The hotel was vibrant and full of life. The street outside could be noisy. The rooms were well laid out if sparsley furnished, no tv and hard chairs. Great bathrooms, showers etc
