I was sick and my friend left a hat on sleeping bus and they made everything to get it back and handed to us during breakfast, which was so far the best breakfast in Vietnam with selection of . A staff member helpfully carried my bag for me up to the 5th floor. The room was as advertised, comfortable & clean. The options for eating near by were overwhelming and sights were walkable. "The restaurant served good food and staffs are veey friendly. The only concern will be the noise from next door. My sister's room was block out 3 to 4 times in the night, and eventually the staff brought in the fan. Rather unpleasant experience. Hopefully the hotel should look into this, maybe the maintenance issue."
