"Very good service staff (particularly Lien Chau and Lien Nguyen) at the reception and the restaurant respectively. Both were polite, attentive, very helpful and pleasant. Overall a beautiful hotel at the top of a hill, easy walking distance to the town, not far from Sun Plaza where we took the train to cable car station. Just don't go to the peak on a public holiday as the queue is horrendous. We waited 5 hours just to get to the top!"

"Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of Hanoi. We stayed here for 3 nights in February 2024. The hotel is located on a side street off of one of the main shopping streets in central Hanoi old quarter, so it is surprisingly quiet at night, yet only seconds from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room was as advertised - modern, clean, very comfortable bed, decent shower. The hotel is maintained to a good standard and everything in our room worked as expected. The front desk staff were great...
