The building has 6 apartments and looks very tired looking from the exterior, certainly not like the images portrayed when browsing the property online. However, the apartment itself was spotlessly clean, well equipped for our needs, and the housekeeping staff were excellent, as we're the management company who look after the property. "The furnishings are a bit dated but overall the apartments are big and comfortable with a good balcony. The swimming pool is the best we have ever experienced catering for children and adults. It is huge and is thoroughly cleaned every day before opening including all the sunbeds being hosed down . Roquetas does suffer from high winds when the sea is not good for swimming so to have this wonderful pool is a bonus."

"We were very happy with our short stay here. The room was comfortable and clean, and the entire inside of the hotel is beautiful. Parking was easy and inexpensive. Breakfast was very nice as well. There are several restaurants within easy walking distance."
