"Smaro studios is a beautiful property with private suites facing the caldera. It's worth noting that it is a 10-15 minute walk downhill to Fira, although the bus stop is close and viable, and that each evening you'll fight the uphill on a full stomach. The manager/owner is helpful and the suites are kept cleaned daily. Ultimately a very nice getaway and would rebook again. "

"We loved the proximity to the many shops and cafes around the main strip of Fira. It was also a short walk from the main bus stop in Fira - around 2 Euros to go anywhere. We also took a bus from the airport for this price. Beats overpaying for a taxi. The breakfast at Panorama was amazing. Their french toast was great as were their selections of cute and tasty pastries. We did not stay in for any other meals so unclear on whether lunch and dinner had similar quality. Staff was always friendly...

"What an amazing stay! Beautiful property, modern and clean. The staff were so attentive and helpful, especially Elena, Yanis and Sophia at the front desk, they gave great recommendations particularly during the windy days. All the staff from breakfast, spa and bar/restaurant were so great. During a particularly windy day we used the spa and it was spectacular! Thoroughly recommend the infra red sauna! The location is perfect with easy access to centre. Walkable to bus station. "
