"It was so nice and comfortable "

"Overall it was a pleasant experience. The cleanliness of bathrooms in public areas can be improved. The location is nice if you can handel walking up and down the hill the hotels area is on, which is quiet the excersice. It's a great location close to a few spectacular landmarks."

"Very modern, clean, tidy and spacious. Food was excellent. The pool (both of them) were very nice, as was the gym. All included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially when organising taxis to and from the hotel. The only downside is location, as its next to a busy highway, but you can't hear it unless you open windows. The air conditioning is so quiet and cool though, that there's no need to. Also, it has a fantasic view of the sea."

"Very clean, safe, in a good area of town, the staff was very polite and friendly. The property has a beautiful restaurant on top of the building with magnificent views of the city and the Bosphorus. The lobby area restaurants are convenient, however a la cart menu a bit expensive compared to eating on local neighbourhoods. Even though there is a dedicated smoking section on one side of the ground floor restaurant, the smoke and smell of cigarettes permiates through out the lobby and reception...

"We had the most amazing stay at this beautiful hotel. The location was unbeatable with attractions, restaurants and shopping all within a few minutes of walking distance. The breakfast spread was delicious and the staff were most helpful. Our room was gorgeous and overlooked the Hagia Sophia and the Bosphorus. We are coming back next year ! "

The 14th floor restaurant has a panoramic view of the Bosphorus with amazing food and nice cocktails they also serve sushi which is very nice. Room service is excellent as well.
