The location is unique, the staff is all kind and polite, the rooms are clean, except that there is no one at the breakfast area to give you tea and coffee or clean the tables, and there are tiny flies all over the vegetables. I think the breakfast area has obvious flaws, and there are no toothbrushes, ear buds, soap, etc. in the rooms, and in this hotel, they park the passengers' cars on the street, not in the parking lot, but they charge you for parking.

The staff was friendly and professionally we had an issue with the thermostat and they had maintenance there to help us within 5 minutes. The hotel is in a fantastic location with great views. If I go back to Istanbul, I will stay there again.

Location of the hotel was brilliant. My son treated me for my 60th birthday as I loved visiting Istanbul before. So he booked it. We all had lovely rooms , my husband & I , my middle son & his wife & youngest son. Except for my eldest son he had the smallest room especially hard with a toddler. They complained to the manager & were moved to a bigger room however that was after a few days. That should not have happened. They should have been given a larger room at the beginning.
