An outstanding hotel, from the initial welcome to staying in the beautifully appointed rooms. The hotel is an excellent location for both Taksim Sqaure and Kabatas. The hotel provides breathtaking views and friendly highly professional staff. The number one 5 star hotel in the city.

Overrated, comparing to others. Nothing attractive. I stayed 5 months back in Istanbul in Intercontinental, I paid half or even less of what I paid in Ritz and I enjoyed more in Intercontinental. Staff at Ritz are not flexible in terms of upgrade ( which I deserved . I paid almost 450 USD per night )
