No service at the pool, no service at the bar, no air conditioner (despite being at 29 degrees ) We had booked two nights, but we chose to leave after the first one as it was just such a terrible experience. "The hotel is a special property located about 4 miles outside of Verona. It makes sense to have a car.The setting is elegant country villa set in the middle of vineyards in the Valpolicella region.
