"房內空間大，但設備殘舊，預訂了禁煙房間，但結果被分配到19樓的房間，房間的煙味很久，開著空調味道仍久久不散，晚上要求換房間，結果服務員說房門爆滿只能隔天給我們換，只好在煙味很重的房間睡一晚，衣服和頭髮都是煙味，十分痛苦。 第二天換了房間就沒有煙味但設備仍然殘舊，感覺不好。"

"Cosy stay but with one small issue - Do Not Disturb light was on, but housekeeping came in anyway to clean the room and Do Not Disturb light. Appreciate but I guess it will be good to honor the guest wish instead. "

"If you are attending any tradeshow at the tradeshow Centre across from the Himalayas, this hotel is ideal. Not only are the staff friendly and welcoming, the service is good, the food is good and the rooms are nice and clean. If you don’t speak Mandarin the staff are accommodating and friendly and will find a member of the staff to communicate with you in a friendly manner. I was never frustrated or left without anything. Going to the tradeshow only minutes away was extremely useful as casual...
