"The apartment was clean and spacious right on the Arkansas River the owners were very accommodating and the location was great to visit the State Parks there was a Super Walmart close by and I recommend Fowlers Family Restaurant for a great home cooked meal and many other options the food was terrific for the cost."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect spot to rest, relax and decompress for my 61st b-day. The property is very quant and quiet. Beautiful view right on the lake with the mountains in the distance. Close to Perryville and convenient to food options and shopping. Our host Jason was very helpful and the best. We can't wait to visit again. Thanks for allowing us to come and stay on your property."

"The cabin is wonderful. Very cute and decorted to make it sooo cozy. Loved the hot tub and the rocking chairs on the porch. Did get to see a barge on the river. Only complaint is the yard needs weedeated. Cant really mow it so weedeat it and cut some low limbs and it would be perfect."
