"It is the most distant hotel from Banff Centre. There is a shuttle service but run times are limited. The property is very quiet."

"I found the climate control in the room didn't work as well as expected, it took almost 2 days to get a comfortable temperature. Next time a room above main floor would be a better choice."

"The hotel is clean and the staff is very friendly. Its a great price to get a room with a separate living/cooking area from the bedroom. That is ideal for us when travelling with a young kiddo, as we can set them up in the living room while we take the bedroom. The breakfast has plenty of options and lots of seating/tables (including chairs, half booth benches, relaxed living chairs, and highchairs/boosters). There is hot water (for tea) and coffee always available in the lobby/reception area...
