The convenience of having shops, restaurants, and the Metro line to access DC whenever we wanted was fantastic. It was great to have such a clean, beautiful place to stay with so many amenities. "Great location in Old Town. Makes for an easy walk to the waterfront and all the great restaurants Old Town has to offer. Easy walk from the Metro as well. The apartment was super clean, modern (in an old space), and well provisioned."

"This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car."

"Overall the property was fine but I did not like the fact that they said it had AC in this unit, although it does have AC, this is an older building and the HVAC system for the entire complex was set to heat, you cannot adjust this in the unit until the complex decides to turn the AC sometime in May. This was not mentioned and it was very hot in the unit. They told me I could get a fan from someone else that was also in another unit. This needs to be disclosed when renting out the unit. "

"Place was amazing, definitely coming back to this property whenever we visit Washington again. Only a few little things I would suggest, for example we were short on towels, and toilet paper since the quality wasn’t so good it run out super fast. Kitchen stove is gas and nothing to turn it on was provided. So if you’re going to use the stove either bring matches or a lighter. Overall, place is awesome and “We host” has a great service."

"Enjoyed my stay. The neighborhood was lovely and lively. The apartment mostly had everything I needed - except a washcloth. I also would have loved hand soap and a complimentary bottle of water. The space was very clean. I enjoyed the amenities of the building. I would stay again. "

"Excellent location, well-maintained corporate house. This is much more comfortable than living in a hotel with a large kitchen. Beds are very comfortable too. Whole foods and starbucks are right down the building. Steps to Yellow line. Will live here again!"

"First, I liked the space overall. A completely beautifully finished basement with everything you need at your fingertips. Laundry, room with attached full bathroom, very comfortable beds and bedding, nice sized kitchen area and appliances as well as well lit entry way and convenient parking. The area was safe and close to all activities we enjoyed during our stay. Will definitely stay again! This place is a gem! Definitely a home away from home! "

"Stay and everything was good. Place is close to the airport and a short drive to other attractions. The only concern was the lack of communication about the property instructions and check-in rules. And a very disturbing conversation with a We Host Customer support begging for the WiFi password!! If these information was give before hand, everything would have been grate."

"Super clean, convenient and spacious. My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at the property while moving her out of her college dorm. The apartment was extremely clean, nice plush carpet and comfortable beds. The terrace is a very nice to have with a table and comfortable chairs provided. Parking was $20 a day- not bad for the area. Plenty of restaurants, bars and shops around. The Front Desk staff was delightful especially Cameron. A few cons: shower pressure was horrible, overall shower/tub...

"This was in a perfect location for our stay and it had plenty of room for the whole fam. The house is within walking distance to the Metro station and we went back and forth into the city using the metro 4 times in just the 48 hours we were there. Super easy!! The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. The home comfortably slept 8 adults and there was room for more. The host was easy to get in touch with! We were concerned about parking a 3rd car but easily found street parking right out front....

"We like this property however when we arrived there was about five plies of toilet paper left in the bathroom. When I texted to ask for more I was told they could not provide “extra” toilet paper. So as soon as we arrived at the hotel to check in and drop off our luggage, we immediately had to go to a grocery store to buy toilet paper. It was very odd and inconvenient "

"This was a great option fo traveling in the DC area with two families. We did not receive an email with check-in instructions, but the folks at Hosteeva were very kind and helpful when I called. Unfortunately, we were given the wrong door codes, and our room was being cleaned when we arrived at 4. The cleaning staff was not expecting us; however, the person cleaning our room was friendly and helpful, and he gave us working door codes.
