"A really nice hotel. We stayed one night in a family room (family of 4 with 2 teenage girls). The room was spacious and well laid out. It was clean and modern. Both check in and check out were quick and easy and the staff were really friendly. We used the hotel restaurant and bar which was super convenient after 2 weeks of travelling. All in all this place far exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again if we come back to Alnwick."

We booked dinner for the first night, the food was lovely, so much so we eat there again the following night. "The Pele Tower was a great place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. It is well situated to explore Northumberland. Our host (Ben) managed our messages/enquiries promptly and efficiently. The tower is well provisioned, we stayed in March and so enjoyed the use of the fire. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the showers/bath were effective. The only suggestions we have for development are that we found the lounge furniture to be not very comfortable and so it may be beneficial to consider an update, and the main door lock can be very temperamental. Other than that, we thought the tower was smashing and would consider staying again."
