"We had an excellent stay and the accommodations met our large families needs for a long weekend in Waynoka. There was great communication from the time we booked through our stay. The property provided plenty of space for our trucks and trailers and quick access to the dunes. Thank you for great accommodations!"

"House was great!! It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Very clean, good layout, and plenty of space for us. Only issue is it’s not on a full access trail to the dunes. Others we were there with camped by the North entrance, so we just left our Rzrs there and drove back and forth, so it wasn’t a huge issue. You can but a permit and have 7am-10pm access to the property via atv. Overall it was a great stay and we will definitely consider it in the future!!"

"The location and entrance was a pleasant surprise. Clean, plenty of kitchen and bathroom items, and owner was very quick to respond to questions. Check out the Allabaster bat caves and head into the cute town of Alva for shopping and food. Grocery is very close."
