"My husband and I enjoyed this amazing property for our anniversary! We loved the proximity to the beach and walkable to bridge street. We had a car, and went to the north end of the island, but also took the trolley which was super easy. This home is so comfortable, cozy, sweetly decorated and clean. We definitely want to go back again!"

"The property is perfect! Came for 5 days with my mother and have absolutely no complaints. Location is close to everything, villa was clean and had everything you could think of. The free trolly is such a great service, definitely no rental car needed at this location. Mike was excellent to communicate with, quick responses and very helpful. Will definitely be back soon! "We took a chance in booking a propertylocated above a retail space and the pay-off was huge. This is a lovely property, located on Pine - almost exactly at the mid- point between the InterCoastal waterway and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Choose whic beach you will enoy or enjoy the private backyard pool - In honesty, the kitchen is not well stocked but we were not really interested in cooking during our stay. The pool did become cloudy and a bit smally on our 4th day but Vacasa cust service...

"The house is great, with the ease of having a pool and the beach being only 2 blocks away. This was our first time visiting Anna Maria. We have been finding other options the last couple years since we used to go to Captiva and that was destroyed in the hurricane almost 2 years ago. The island is pretty small but has different sections to explore. We enjoyed Coquina beach for a coupem hours one day, the restaurants were good very vactiony normal island grub type places. We did enjoy a great meal...
