PLAYA ESMERALDA is a charming inn studio ONLY 20 steps to the beach. This is unique and nicely decorated with a island vibe, one parking space for a car included. Check-in is 3:00 Pm and check-out is 10 Am. Wifi is included.
This Unit does not have a full kitchen; it has a refrigerator, a coffee Machine and Microwave with some utensils for your convenience. and it has one queen conformable bed for two and a TV with cable service.

the location is phenomenal!!! if you don't like driving anywhere, this is the place for you! 20 steps from the sandy Beach! one block from bridge street with tiki bars, high end restaurants, beachy restaurants, shops, Mini golf, boat rental.. and more just within walking distance and if you want to go further, you can grab the island Free Trolley. COME AND PAMPER YOURSELF IN YOUR NEXT VACATION!!!!!

Mom and kid trip to the beach
This small space is in the perfect location for the beach, with shops, activities, and restaurants blocks away. The space was perfect for me and my six year old, but is probably too small for any more than that. Beach chairs, an umbrella, all the towels we could have wanted and a cute outdoor space for morning coffee made me so happy with this choice. Would definitely return.

Perfect for 2 people. Wouldn’t suggest anymore than that. Parking is right on the busy street. Sometimes hard to pull in and out of. Direct beach access is right across the road. A/C is loud, dated and right above the bed. Walking distance to eatery’s and shops. Is loud at night due to being on busy street.

Great location. Good for a short stay.
Great location, three minute walk to the beach. Five minute walk to Bridge Street restaurants/shops. Right on Gulf Drive so quite a bit of traffic noise but it didn’t bother us. Parking right in front can be a challenge getting in/out. Very small unit but we were only there four nights so it was fine. Would stay here again.

Please note the images of the studio are deceiving. The picture shown is not how it looks at all. it's dark and dingy like an unfinished basement. If Expedia allows it I will upload pictures. We checked in at 3 and left at 7:45p. That's how bad it was. The owner did offer us a bigger room, but the sq. footage was not the issue. The fact that we were deceived with the photos presented regarding how the studio would look. If it looked like this photo we would have stayed. But it did not.

Spotless House - Great Location!
The house is a few steps from the beach and a short walk to the main street restaurants and businesses. The house was extremely clean and very well equipped. Maria was a great host and replied to our messages in minutes. Highly recommended!

Knew it was a small unit. Kitchenette had no sink. Towels were not good enough to clean your car.
Unit was old with mildew on window frames and door to bathroom disintegrated. Faucet in bathroom ( the only sink) came off when turned on. Bedding inferior. Towels inferior! Location excellent. I took photos!

The pictures make the room seem bigger. And a small eating area and kitchenette have been added that aren’t pictured. A bit run down with grimy windows. The owner has tried to freshen it up with paint. Traffic noise is apparent but you are right across from the beach. And as another reviewer stated, You don’t visit the beach to sit in your hotel room.

Great Little Getaway Spot
Great little place to stay and so central to everything. Across the street from the beach, 2 blocks from Bridge Street. Wicked Cantina and Blue Marlin were fantastic. Trolley was fun to see the other end of the island and not have to find parking. Footnote: AC is right near bed - hard to hear TV and loud but it also blocks noise from outside as well. All in all - a great little place for two for a getaway!

Great location!
It was clean and comfortable. Very tiny, but perfect for the two of us. Location was awesome and we loved the free trolley that took us up to Anna Maria Island. Food in the area was awesome too. We had dinner at the Blue Marlin... Oh My! The owner was very accommodating and there were very nice touches in the room to greet us. I would have given 5 stars but it was just a bit small.

Great location and cute place!
This place was perfect for two people! The location was awesome, very close to the beach and restaurants Oceanside and bayside. The place was a little musty/damp, but we were not in the room very much due to the amazing weather and great beach. I would definitely come back to this area and rental again.

Clean, convenient, easy check-in and checkout
Loved the door to door car service. Prompt and friendly. Room was ready when we arrived. Busy street, but right across from beach access. Could easily hear our neighbors in the adjoining room, so we slept with earplugs to block the TV. Ample towels and a few beach chairs. Good for 24 hour stay.
