"Stay was awesome, Host was very committed to our comfort and very responsive. House wasn’t clean upon check in and our code didn’t work, but he made sure that was fixed within 5 minutes of our arrival! House is good, only moan I would have is the shower could have better water pressure, but even then, it was way cheaper than any hotel in the area and we were about dead center in Tampa the entire time with quick access to everything, there is no parking lot style parking, but the street in the...

The property was right by the besch, clean and has everything we could have asked for. Even multiple extra sheets and towels. "Overall great experience! Host are easy to communicate with and provided home just as displayed in pictures. My only gripe would be having some awareness of converted garage to studio home in back yard area as it can be an uncomfortable situation for some."

"Big Bucs fan, so renting this location was a no brainer. We were able to walk to Raymond James Stadium for the game. Absolutely clean, beautiful home. Dee was a good host. The fire pit was in rough shape but she replaced it with a new one the next day. Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay and would rent again."

"We stayed here for a weekend while we went to Busch Gardens and a concert at Raymond James. It was perfect for our trip and the host was so friendly and easy to communicate with. The location was close to everything we wanted to do and is in a safe area. Will definetly look to rent again for any future weekend trips!"

"An older condo however it was very clean and peaceful. The views were breathtaking. Excellent location and we had a 2 bedroom condo with views of bay in every room. Customer service was remarkable. The manager was a God send understanding my mistake when booking. He assisted me with making my 70th Birthday very memorable. He was so nice and helpful. "

"We’ve stayed here a number of times now on weekend getaways, affordable full-kitchen option in the Tampa area, easy drive to activities in either Tampa or the beaches. WiFi in the rooms is sometimes spotty, otherwise rooms are fine. We enjoy the walk next door to a Bahama Breeze for dinner and hanging out, then easily back to the room for an early start next day. "

"If you are going to an event at the Amalie Arena, it’s only a 2 minute walk there. Plus, there are quite a few dining options right near the hotel! "
