Worst breakfast I’ve ever had. The lady Brianna that works there is a nightmare. She’s rude and has no business being in customer service. She needs to work at McDonald’s. I will not be staying there ever again. I’ve stayed there many times because it is close to the airport. But after this last experience I will choose another place to stay from now on. I’m disgusted.

They reached out almost immediately with information and FAQs. The rooms are nice with individual entrances and full kitchens. Definitely worth staying here and if I'm coming back to Tampa I'll be checking this place out for sure

The Bay view.Safe,Quiet,Rooms were in good condition and clean The property was clean& well kept. Most of all,the staff were kind, accommodating.They made us feel welcome and @home.I can't say enough great things about the all the staff!I would recommend this place to everyone I know.We will be going back yearly.Great for extended stay..My husband and I had a great stay&even made some new friends 😄

The property is in a great location but that is the only positive for this place. Save yourself the trouble and book elsewhere. We stayed a total of 3 nights. First night we killed 2 roaches by the kitchen sink. We went to the front desk to change our room, attendant there stated she needed proof in order to switch the room so we showed her a picture, she assigned us to a different room. This room also had roaches. At this point we wanted to just check out. But, it was late, so we tried another room, no roaches! We were content though the appliances were severely ourdated. Fast forward to night 3, we came back from an outing and there was a huge roach by the bathroom mirror. Overall this place is outdated and in need of repairs. Also, no pool hours listed, they close it down when they feel like it. We were told at 8pm it was closed for the evening as it was getting dark, mind you its July, sun was still out. Book elsewhere. Highly disappointed with this place but we made it work, will never stay here again.
