The property is so nice! The only negative was that it was not disclosed that there was a fee for parking and that left a bad taste in my mouth. Other than that it was an excellent stay!

Great room but you do not get complementary room turn over. Therefore, the trash is not being taken out and the can is very small. You will need to call the front desk and ask for fresh towels daily. The mattress is VERY hard and the pillows are flat. The walls are EXTREMELY thin. I could hear someone snoring on one side and another couple having sex on the other. There a washer and dryer but nothing to use to wash clothes. There was water in the fridge with a dirty canister. The filter in the fridge has not been changed and there was a rotten plant in the corner of the room attracting flies.

Enjoyed my stay at Roost. Our room was ready earlier than we expected. Loved the room just wish there was a tv in the bedroom. I think we just didn’t pay attention to our room details. Nice kitchen area with pans and dinnerware and full fridge. The pool area is really nice lots of space to sit out and relax. There are plenty of nearby restaurants. There is a market about a block away. The riverwalk a few blocks away in walking distance. There is also a near by trolley stop. There were a lot of convenient amenities/attractions. The hotel guest was friendly. The hotel is nice and clean. I can’t wait to stay again!

We only stayed 1 night with our 1 year old and I was a little nervous being new to this apartment/hotel set up. Oh my gosh it was WONDERFUL. The room was great, the amenities were clean, beautiful and perfect and parking was right on our room floor making emptying the car a breeze! The walls were a little thin.. sorry to our neighbors for the 5a babywake up alarm (lol). We’ll be staying again.
