Good price, clean. They need to focus on the maintenance of the rooms. Our night lamps never worked. They clean our room every day

Good location, terrible room

Pros: The location was good for things I needed to do in Round Rock.
Cons: Make sure that Non Smoking rooms are not used as smoking rooms and then sprayed down with perfumed scents.
Location: This hotel is in the center of Round Rock, so you have lots of restaurants and retail around.
For the price I paid, I was not expecting this to be a high end hotel. However, I was expecting it to be clean and for the non smoking room, to be free of smoke. Upon entering my room, I was hot with a very strong scent that was sprayed to cover up the smell of smoke. There was a sign in the room that said, "No Smoking", but I found ashes on the bathroom sink counter. Because we were running late to an event, I did not have time to switch rooms. Again, I needed this room for one night and had only planned on being in the room to sleep and get up early the next morning and leave. So I was ok getting a cheaper hotel, and did not expect a whole lot. But a clean room that does not smell like smoke, is not a lot to ask for. Also, if you are a light sleeper, be aware that this hotel is right next to the highway, so it is very noisy.

It's an OK hotel

Pros: Convenient location.
Cons: Staff.
It was close to the place I needed to go, so it worked for me. I can't tell that the staff is really nice... They were ok. I was never greeted when I entered the hotel during my 5 days visit. Maybe once. Not that it really matters, but sometimes it does. The room was ok and somewhat clean.

Nice and Quiet, bed was very comfortable, room size was ok, bathroom is quit small, but ok. will stay again if in in area.

The toilet ran non stop. Would not fill up. The room itself smelt like a sweaty gym room. The staff was nice. They gave me a 15% off voucher that expires next month but I'm there one weekend a month due to reserves and this was my first time there if its like this a 2 time I may have to choose another motel.

Cons: Attention to detail
Didn't always have staff at desk. Missed small details like drinking cups tissues etc.Had to get them yourself. Wasn't asked how my stay was. Pool was very very small.

Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was old, it looked like at some point in last 5 years they have tried to remodel but it was done half way with the wrong materials. Not luxury by ANY means. But it's located by the outlets and right off the interstate so travel is easy.

Depressing Stay!

Pros: When we first checked in, the staff was great. We were a little early and she accommodated us with only a small wait.
Cons: The door keys don't work very well. Their coffee was awful. The amenities in the rooms need to be fixed.
Location: The outlets are close and thank goodness there was a couple of places to eat close by.
The hotel beds are very hard. It was very difficult to get extra towels. I actually had one of the housekeepers tell me "NO" when I asked her for extra towels. She told me I had to go to the front desk and request them. Made no sense. We went to front desk a couple of times and had to wait 10-15 minutes because no one was there. Once, I actually had to go find someone because I had to leave but needed something in our room fixed. For as much as we paid for the rooms, I expected a little more. The Alarm clock, fridge, and microwave did not work in our room. The ceiling had dead bugs attached, and we needed someone to look at our air conditioner because it was blowing out hot air when we first arrived. I will not be staying there again and I don't recommend anyone else staying there either. If I could have found another hotel with space in that area, I would have changed hotels.

Scary place to arrive at at 10 pm in the dark.

Pros: Only that the locks on the doors worked well. We had stayed for the same price at a much nicer facility the night before.
Cons: Customer service, outside lighting, and security would be a good place to start.
Location: It was really just a place to stop and rest located next to another hotel and a gas station.
We arrived later in the evening and there was no parking without driving around the hotel. There were groups of men outside gathered at the back stairwell and it was unnerving to think about having to walk past them with my daughter in a less than well lit parking lot with no security present. The front desk night clerk was distant and not very informative. I had to ask anything I wanted to know. When we got to the room, I could not find the TV remote. I called the front desk to ask if they put them in a particular place. I was told that housekeeping probably had gathered it up with the sheets and it had been taken to the laundry. When I asked about a replacement he said he would have to search and that I should just use the buttons on the TV. I won't be going back.
