"The unit is spacious and bright. Closets are enormous and beds are comfortable. Pictures are accurate. Booking experience was not good, the address is not what is listed in ad, which ended up having the limo for my daughter’s wedding go to wrong place. Management doesn’t contact you with any details until the the day you checkin. They should at least acknowledge you immediately and let renters know they will send codes on check-in day. "A good value overall. One issue. Upon check-in, I noticed our television wasn’t working. I immediately emailed and they replied quickly, saying that it would be fixed the following morning. Upon returning from a day out, we had exactly one channel. It remained that way for the balance of the trip and they ignored polite requests for some nominal money back. "

"Great location in central Manhattan. Our room could have been cleaner and we found random dirt items including old contact lenses on the floor of our room suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned. There were also dirt markings all over the white walls and stains on table tops and the chair. Otherwise I would consider staying here again given the location, safety of the property, and price. "
