“Wonderful experience”

Despite not encountering many other Anglophones, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel is beautiful, the staff is pleasant, the amenities are numerous, and the views of the Saint Lawrence are breathaking. I would highly recommend this hotel.

I recently had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotel has 3 very good walking trails. However, my husband were not prepared and had to turn back only after 2km as the terrain became quite rocky and steep. Running or hiking boots are recommended. The service at the hotel was impeccable. The only drawback: don't arrive early evening as you won't find parking. All the casino goers take up the spots!

Elegant hotel with highly desirable facilities. Food service is excellent. Recreational facilities are outstanding. Location is quite remote from a major airport requiring about a two hour drive time from Quebec City Airport. Would not hesitate to go to this hotel again for its charm, relaxing atmosphere, and impressive service.

A thoroughly enjoyable experience with breakfast overlooking the river, trails through the estate. Excellent restaurant for dinner. Very pleasant staff.

“Comfortable Stay”

I had a very comfortable stay at this hotel: other than the queen bed that was supposed to be a king, the room was cosy and quiet. I also appreciated the proximity from the hotel of the many outside activities: golf, pools, hiking, horseback riding... The setting is very unique!

Very pretty hotel. But the rooms were in the depth of oblivion. Parking was a 10 ten to 13 flights of stairs (the nearby lots fill up early with casino patrons) and no hope of assistance to get you up there the next morning. Food just ok, and the buffet was dreadful. The grounds barely make up for all of this.
