"Good neighborhood, easy access to restaurants/stores. It was a good distance to Grand Canyon and Sedona. It was tiny! But it definitely gets the job done and had everything we needed. Only issue we had was the cleanliness of it. There was lots of dust everywhere which triggered my dust allergy."

I would say, the property and descriptions were accurate to the listing. The only thing I would recommend is if you are grown adults and there are more than two of you (or just two and want your space)… the pull out mini couch is not a full size twin and not the most comfortable for an adult. "Walking Distance to downtown was great, 4 blocks. The property is connected to another apartment and you could hear the other occupants when you were in the kitchen area, but other than this, it’s a very quiet property and very comfortable. It was also nice having parking on the property. "

"Really nice place and easy to find. Only issue was that I wasn’t aware it had no AC…thankfully it was cool at night. Other than that, much more interesting than a regular hotel and highly recommended. "

"This very basic property is in a great location- walking distance from downtown and a close drive to some attractions. It was very clean and quiet. The “mountain views” are only visible outside the property itself. I liked the washer/dryer and fridge with ice & water. Coffee maker is ancient and should be replaced."

"Erin’s home made our stay absolutely amazing. The house cat was waiting in the window to welcome us. The home was decorated for Christmas and was so adorable. The beds were super comfy with plenty of blankets. And the star of the show was the amazing hot tub and gorgeous backyard! 10/10 stay, the entire home was extremely clean and homey. Going to miss the cat re-run the most!!!"

"We tried for early check in but it was unavailable. Once checked in the unit was clean except the upstairs was musty smelling. The air conditioning systems was multiple split units which worked but we had to turn on an overall unit fan for them to work properly. The hot tub had a lose headrest. The restaurant closes early and for a very few tables had extremely slow service. Took 40 minutes to get our drinks. Overall I wouldn’t go back the stay for the price doesn’t align. "

"Nice little cozy cabin with lots of amenities. It was only 2 of us but it slept 6 for being small. It had all the kitchen utensils, dished, pots, and pans. There was a little hangout area/deck on top. Hate that we were so busy running around the state parks, that we didnt get time to enjoy it as much aa we could have. "
