"The place was perfect. The host available for all my issues. I arrived to find one of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on with amazing comfortable linens and towels. The hotels was very close to the airport. The bakery downstairs opened early with great food. The only thing I could have would have liked was bottled water."

"A former convent that has been carefully and tastefully designed providing modern rooms. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Excellent breakfast. The only suggestion for improvement would be to monitor housekeeping performance (e.g. ensuring lights in working order, shampoo bottle in shower refilled when empty, amenities for 2 people if a double room is selected). Location should be better described (i.e. Albino in the outskirts of Bergamo a good 10+ km away from the city centre."

"Hostess Elisa was very responsive , helpful and gave clear and easy to follow instructions on self check in process . Apartment ( arleccino ) was spacious , well ventilated , clean , bright and very thoughtfully & well fitted out with everything for a comfortable stay . Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked very well in the hot summer days . Location was steps away from the plaza vecchia , yet quiet and had a little terrace overlooking some rooftops and the mountains behind ....

"Disappointed upon arrival that the bathroom had been neglected. No shower get or hand soap. Also the toilet roll was empty. I did want to shower as it was 10pm when we arrived. The next morning I spoke to the cleaner to rectify this. Other than that lovely room & great location "

"Very comfy and clean, right in the old city. The host was very easy to contact, which was helpful for check-in. The apartment was really comfortable, beds were great. The only challenge was our room was directly above a university bar hangout, and there was quite a bit of street noise 9:30 pm- 12:30 am both weekday nights we were there. For parents with young kid, it was not the best, which is why I marked down on comfort. For a younger couple, it may be great. I am not sure the noise was...

"A lovely picturesque villa with a relaxing pool area. Staff recommended and helped book a nice restaurant close by which was delicious and fulfilling. Sadly wifi was not available which for us , that like to plan on the go, was a smaller inconvenience. However, this seemed to be a temporary problem. Hopefully it is fixed for future guests."

"This property is less like a hotel and more like a high-end, modern apartment that just happens to have a delicious fine dining restaurant on the premises. Everything is new. Parking is safe and covered. The team is very communicative and helpful. It’s super clean and I felt safe traveling alone. "

"I absolutely loved this hotel, I felt very at home. It was nice and clean, and cleanliness is a big must have for me. The blankets were beautiful and white and neat. The atmosphere of the hotel was nice, i love the beautifful marble stairwells and vintage photos in the hallways leaving up to my room, and the wooden beams in the ceiling it was quite a beautiful ascetic. I stayed on the very top floor for 4 days & 3 nights. I actually believe that their walls may even be sound proof because I...

"This place is incredibly charming. The room is nice, clean, and just downstairs is a lovely cafe where I had breakfast (included with the room) and apperitivo every night. This place is also only 2 blocks from the duomo, super convenient to everything. And the hosts were helpful with all my questions even when I needed a taxi to the station at the last minute. I will definitely stay here when I come back."

"The hotel looks brand new, spotless clean. Beautiful rooms . Only stayed 1 night and left at 4:45am so never got to try the breakfast. We got there around 1 I think and was allowed to check in right away as the room was ready. It's about a 15 min walk to the airport terminals, around a bike path. From there you can catch the bus to the center bus terminal in Milan, 12 euros each. Friendly,helpful , pleasant staff a great place for a family to stay. 10/10.👍"
