Plan to buy your major groceries in Ellsworth, then to Beech Hill Farm nearby for the best produce you will ever eat. Wonderful restaurants in nearby Southwest Harbor. If you want a totally relaxing vacation this is the place."

"Adorable cottage! Loved everything. Owners are very friendly n helpful, bed was super comfortable, enjoyed sipping complimentary coffee/tea on the front deck and relaxing by the gas fire pit. Loved all the little extra touches in the cottage. Owners thought of everything. "

"Great property secluded with an ocean view and a one minute walk to the rocky ocean beach. Owners, David & Carolyn live right down the road and are very nice and responsive. Our dog got along smashingly with theirs. Be sure to find this property for the first time in the day light as it is down a gravel/stone road. You will really feel like you have gotten away from all the hustle and bustle yet it is a short drive to Stonington Harbor."

"Served as home base for our Acadia National Park visit. Loved the access to the main house for the larger kitchen space, dining space and the washer dryer area. Met other guests which my daughter and I enjoyed."

"My husband & I loved staying at this treehouse location. It was the perfect size, equipped with all we needed for our stay. It was about 30 min from everything we wanted to do while visiting Acadia. If we hadn’t stayed here, and opted for Bar Harbor, we would never have seen this part of the area. Plus, the kayaks were a fun activity. Would stay again!"
