modern hotel in great locationPosted Nov 23, 2014
The hotel is very nice: helpful staff, modern & bright rooms with individual designs and clean condition. It is located in the middle of Palmero Hollywood and surrounded by bars & restaurants. This is amazing to go out and enjoy great food and entertainment around the corner. However it can be very noisy until late (2,3 am) on the weekends due to life music next door, people on the street, etc.

Amazing staff!Posted Nov 9, 2014
The staff was extremely helpful And made me feel at home as a woman travelling alone. I had an evening flight back to the states. After my morning checkout, they allowed me to leave luggage at the hotel, let me shower at the end of the day in the spa and arranged for a private car to take me to the airport. The staff makes the hotel shine!

Great hotel, great valuePosted Apr 28, 2014 on Hotels.com
Excellent location, cool design, super-helpful staff. It would be nice if they had a true "bar" in addition to the restaurant, but other than that it was great.

Modern hotel in trendy Palermo HollywoodPosted Mar 22, 2014 on Hotels.com
We had a great stay at Vitrum, the hotel has a lovely vibe and the room was very clean and comfortable. The front staff were beyond helpful, answering all our questions in English and helping with questions about where to go, what to do and when our charger wasn't working. Good breakfast, we didn't eat in the restaurant as Sushi isn't our thing but enjoyed our free drink. The hotel also made our room available much earlier than check in and this was much appreciated as we had just arrived off an overnight flight. Palermo Hollywood has lots of bar's and restaurants and is safe to walk around. It is not walkable to the central district but it's very easy to get to either in a taxi (cheap) or a 15 min walk to Palermo metro station and then on into the centre (even cheaper). Palermo Soho a few blocks over also has lots of great restaurants and bars.

Nice hotel in a not-so-nice neighborhood.Posted Mar 6, 2014
Cons: Add a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom for women to do their makeup.
Location: Couple of nice restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket nearby. Shopping stores are about 10 blocks away.
Hotel desk manned by nice, very helpful people. They speak good English. Enjoyed the breakfasts.

Great spotPosted Feb 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Great hotel in a wonderful location. Super friendly staff who helped us with arranging local activities as well as providing insightful information. The only downside is the beds in the double rooms are a little small, but very comfortable. Overall a wonderful choice in Buenos Aires.

Ok hotel in PalermoPosted Dec 11, 2013 on Hotels.com
Vitrum was good, not great. Staff was pleasant and helpful. The room itself was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Bathroom size was enormous, compared to the size of the shower. (And shower handles were 3 feet from the shower, which was an anomaly that completely confused me -- so you really had to commit to temperature, otherwise create a flood on the floor when getting out). Wifi was pretty good up until my last day there when it totally died. Restaurant at the hotel was overpriced, and I was unimpressed with the food (but it appears to be a hip spot on the weekends nonetheless). Neighborhood has tons of restaurants and bars nearby which is great, but also means that weekends tend to get loud. May stay there again, but would also be curious to try a new place.
