"It was nice to be able to use the facilities, clean the room, have breakfast with a choice of Italian and Japanese traditional restaurants, and provide friendly service. The walk in the beautiful traditional Japanese garden was especially wonderful."
"Fantastic ryokan in a great neighborhood. Quiet, relaxed, and a welcome world away from the hustle and bustle of other parts of Tokyo. Mere minutes away from two different trains, which makes it a perfect spot from which to explore. Definitely for travelers looking for a more laid back side of Tokyo. "
"Hotel staff was friendly. Room was clean. Self laundry was in the back. I will definitely stay here again in the future on my next trip to Japan.
Would have stayed longer but they had no avaliable rooms for another 3 days so had to go to another hotel."

"good location, nice room size"

"Great location to stay in Tokyo. Once we realized that the hotel is directly connected to Shiodome station (don’t even have to go outside), our commute to different areas was a breeze! Mandatory room cleanings every 3 days were nice and hotel was clean overall. We opted out of breakfast buffet since there is a Lawson / 7-11 right near by as well as cafes in the train station for a quick bite. Overall would recommend mostly for the location convenience. Not much to do around the hotel though if that’s what you’re looking for and not planning to commute much. "

"Kinshicho station is convenient to use. You can get to Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Tokyo stations without transferring. The hotel is a block from the station. The hotel has a great breakfast buffet which is included in the price. The rooms are larger than typical Japanese hotels. Would stay again."

"the hotel started its self check-in and out, even though there's always people to help, but the hotel kind of loses its service quality....not as friendly as before, but it is still a very convenient place to stay"
A verified traveler stayed at The Royal Park Hotel Tokyo Haneda Airport Terminal 3
"Really enjoyed our stay here. Check in and check out process was very easy. The amenities available in the lobby were great. Staff was friendly. The location was great for us as we enjoyed early morning walks. The Airport Limosine Bus drops off and picks up right in front which was very convenient. Only issue was beds and pillow were harder than we are used to, but that seemed to be the case in other Japan hotels as well. We had a 2 twin room and it was quite spacious."
