"Replace head boards and foot boards. Remotes didn’t work for the Fan. I had to go downstairs to get batteries for the Roku remote. Nice size spiders came out in the bathroom. Shampoo and body wash pumps did not work. But I would stay again. Little fixes. "

"The property is conveniently located near plenty of restaurant options on a quiet street, but the unit is not well maintained. We found two dead roaches in the apartment. Their is signifucsnt water damage in the bedroom, the bathroom ceiling has mold, the shelves are falling off the wall, and there is a hole in the ceiling where the bathroom fan/vent should be. The door to the laundry room also doesnt seem secure. There is a glass door connecting to outisde and the interior door doesnt lock....

"I was bringing my daughter for the LA colleges tour and we used this property for a week as the base of operations. This is a very basic place with the beds in two bedrooms, separate bathrooms, living area/TV which we didn’t use and a kitchen/dining area where you can have your quick breakfast and head on or late dinner and get to sleep. And as such it was exactly what we needed. The place is actually quiet at the night so you will have a good sleep without hearing neighbors behind the wall like...

"This condo is not in Topanga. The location is wrong. It's in central LA. As pointed out in other reviews, finding the unit was a bit challenging. The unit is spacious and you don't hear the city noises. Overall the unit was clean but you see visible stains around bathroom door handle. The couch could use a cleanup. We liked the location. There is no toaster, no water kettle or a coffee maker in this unit."

"Great time in Liat's townhouse in Sherman Oaks, located near groceries, eateries, and restaurants. Check in was smooth and she even let us check-in early and offered late checkout. Very responsive to our requests and needs. The place has 3 bedrooms, all have ensuite baths, one on the first floor, the other two on the third floor. The second floor is spacious, perfect gathering place for meals and just hanging out. It has a half bath for convenience. Kitchen is new, well appointed wiith new...

"The living/kitchen area was the right size for our family to relax in, watch TV and play board games. The bedrooms each had their own TV's and bathrooms, which worked well for two adults and two children, especially the two queen sized beds in one of the bedrooms. The location was great and there was no outside traffic noise. All of the staff were very pleasant and helpful."
