Made the best of it

Posted Jul 27, 2015
Booked hotel b/c it was close to an event. Just needed a place to crash for a few hours. For nearly $200, this place was awful. Bed hollowed out, Blakey and bedspread disgusting, a/c didn't work well. Black mold on tile in bathroom. Yuk. Not worth it!!

Girls Weekend

Posted Jul 18, 2015
Pros: Clean bathrooms and quiet.
Cons: Use a different cleaner. It really smells like skunk or something. Awful.
Location: So close to Hyannis center. an hour from Ptown and 10 min from mall and restaurants.
Wonderful experience. Joined rooms. cleanest bathroom I have ever seen. Beds hard but im used to sleeping on memory foam. The cleaner they use really smells. Our room was fine but the other room was really musky. This was my 4th time there. Great place to stay. I stayed at an Americas Best Value inn in Rumford RI and it was NASTY!!! smelled, dirty just all around HORRIBLE but this place was 1000 times better. We even had my 9 month old with us and she crawled on the floor. SHe loved it too. Her first girls weekend.

Good Price, good location but that is it!

Cons: steam clean carpet, bleach bath room
Location: Walking distance to everything
Had to buy tub cleaner to clean mold, large hump in the middle of bed, carpet really old, wear slippers! Outside pool kept locked up until you asked to go in, On the upside it is centrally located. If I did revisit I would still go back just because it gives you more $$ to spend else where

Walking distance to Main Street.

The only thing I was not thrilled with was the comfort of the beds. Other than that, our stay was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. Not to mention the excellent location.

Disappointing

Posted Jun 24, 2015
Pros: Close to town and harbour
Cons: Cleanliness spend some money on linen, train the housekeeper to clean, fix what is broken the first time.
Location: Hyannis is the best town to stay if you are traveling and exploring the Cape. So much to do in town and it is so lovely down by the Harbour.
We came from Michigan and wanted a place that was walking distance to town. This was a perfect spot for not only town but to the harbour. Unfortunately the room was not. The toilet did not flush. The carpet was dirty and food on it. The soap was nonexistent and there was mold all around the tub area. The air conditioner was loud and you could see the outdoor world on the ends of it. We asked to have the toilet fixed right away. We came back and there was water on the floor but the toilet was still doing the same thing. We had to open the cover and manually flush it and listen to the drip all night. We asked again in the morning. We came back after a long day in P Town and the toilet would flush then drip for a long time then fill up with a loud noise. We went back down again and was ready to leave. The guy in the office made a phone call and said he was going up there himself. After 20 some minutes 3 guys came out of the room and said it was fixed which it was. I guess three times is the charm. The bed was very hard and the use old sheets that don't smell fresh. We asked for different pillows because the ones that are in there are very hard and flat. They did and it was better. Breakfast was average. We only ate there once out of the 4 days. There was a ref in the room. It was dirty. You can hear other people taking showers and the pipes rattle when they turn off the water.
