Pros: Close to town and harbour
Cons: Cleanliness spend some money on linen, train the housekeeper to clean, fix what is broken the first time.
Location: Hyannis is the best town to stay if you are traveling and exploring the Cape. So much to do in town and it is so lovely down by the Harbour.
We came from Michigan and wanted a place that was walking distance to town. This was a perfect spot for not only town but to the harbour. Unfortunately the room was not. The toilet did not flush. The carpet was dirty and food on it. The soap was nonexistent and there was mold all around the tub area. The air conditioner was loud and you could see the outdoor world on the ends of it. We asked to have the toilet fixed right away. We came back and there was water on the floor but the toilet was still doing the same thing. We had to open the cover and manually flush it and listen to the drip all night. We asked again in the morning. We came back after a long day in P Town and the toilet would flush then drip for a long time then fill up with a loud noise. We went back down again and was ready to leave. The guy in the office made a phone call and said he was going up there himself. After 20 some minutes 3 guys came out of the room and said it was fixed which it was. I guess three times is the charm. The bed was very hard and the use old sheets that don't smell fresh. We asked for different pillows because the ones that are in there are very hard and flat. They did and it was better. Breakfast was average. We only ate there once out of the 4 days. There was a ref in the room. It was dirty. You can hear other people taking showers and the pipes rattle when they turn off the water.

Pros: Indoor pool and walking distance to anything in town.
Cons: Breakfast... I would suggest more hot items.
Location: The hotel is right in town so downtown shops, convenient stores, restaurants and bars/pubs were within walking distance. Breakfast was mostly continen
We traveled to Cape Cod from Western MA for the long Memorial Day weekend and chose America's Best Value Inn & Suites due to traveling on a budget. We had a very pleasant experience and you can't beat the price! Room was very clean and comfortable to stay in for a couple of nights.

Pros: The room was clean and comfortable(more spacious than we expected)and the bed was a big comfortable King. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Cons: It is an older hotel and could benefit from some upgrades but nothing that spoiled our visit.
Location: Convenient for ferries to the islands.Plenty of eating places in walking distance and a good base to explore Cape Cod.
Just what we needed for an easy trip from Boston to Cape Cod as part of our New England road trip which despite some very mixed weather we really enjoyed.

Nice location and staff/owners are accomodating

We enjoyed our Hyannis vacation. The hotel's proximity to bus and ferry station made everything much easier. It's along the Main Street and that itself is awesome already.

Cons: Needs total updating.
It is just very run down looking. Holes in the curtains. Limp towels. They did not vacuum. Only 2 thin pillows.
