The hotel itself was nice. My issue is that due to a health emergency, I had to check out a day early. I was out before the check-in time. The hotel and Expedia both denied my request for a refund.

I am a 1976 graduate. I was visiting a friend im Amherst and of course chose to stay on campus! The hotel standards and comfort were excellent. It was so good to see the campus looking lovely.

This was our second time staying at Hotel UMass and it is the perfect option if you have a student on campus. We were there for orientation and it’s was clean and inexpensive. Will definitely stay again!!

As an alumni. I was very disappointed. The room smelled like mold and the ceiling had significant water damage. Also I called the front desk that I would check out late only by 15 minutes in Which they advised, just this once and literally 5 minutes before I left the room Someone knocked on my door to see if I had left The hotel was not busy at all because no one was on campus. The one reason I decided to stay was to Help support my Alma mater , but treated poorly
