This is our favorite resort and we spend a week there every summer. Comfortable suites, close to South Cape beach and Mashpee Common, nice outdoor pool and mini-golf - we love it all.

I’ve been coming here for the past 10 years The staff is excellent! It’s a great location and clean facility They have everything you could need on site The mini golf is a plus for something to do The outdoor pool needed a vacuum but suspect it was do to the rain that week and storm. The indoor pool and jacuzzi more than made up for it!

The one bedroom unit was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location close to Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach and an easy drive to Falmouth or Hyannis. The reason for a 3 star review is the rooms and pool area need updating. The bed is not very comfortable and the couch was sagging. The bathroom doors did not shut completely which minimized privacy. The property needs to be maintained better.

Our Unit was very nice & clean. And the staff were quite pleasant. However, the mini blinds in the kitchen need replacing and a couple of cob webs removed. The pipes in the bathroom to the toilets are all rusted. And the green stains in the tub and sinks are not appealing. I take there is a lot if chlorine in the water. The upstairs remote doesn't work on either tv. The sidewalks outside of our unit/ building were badly broken with chunks of cement missing which are a tripping hazard.
