The room was outdated but clean. Would be a nice addition to have a coffee pot available. Manager/owner was very nice upon check in. The grounds out front are lovely with areas to rest in a hammock. Didn’t use it but the pool looked clean and inviting.

The hotel belongs to the Sheraton next door. It provides an authentic 1970s experience, last furnished then. The light over one bed was broken. No microwave or coffee maker in the room. The mattresses on the bed sag and need to be replaced.

The Rooms were dated and in Poor shape. The ceiling needed to be painted , Knobs missing on the bureau and the Shower was old & decrepit . I used the shower at the National Seashore beaches. Next time I'll pay the 300.00 dollars plus to stay in the Cape. I should have realized this as it was a pet friendly motel.

I found myself traveling on the highway in need of a place to stay with a pet and my daughter wasn’t expecting on finding such a nice place. The property was very clean. The employees were very nice and helpful. The rooms were overall clean for the most part it was nice having the option for indoor and outdoor swimming, I will definitely be renting here again..

Although the hotel was very close to my job site, the room floors and carpets were very gross. The towel rack was broken off of the wall when I got there I tried to use the heater and it let out a nasty smell everywhere. I asked the reception desk about local areas to eat, etc. and he knew nothing. He handed me a flyer and said good luck. He did tell me that the hotel next-door is purchasing that property and it looks like it because no maintenance was done at all. It was falling down.

We have stayed here for years, prior to last year. We never saw staff members. Had to come seek out our own towels and toilet paper. Mold in the AC and in the bathroom window. The steps could have even been swept off of cigarette butts. Nothing was done. Place has really gone down hill. Was conjested from the AC mold issue. Disappointed.

Cleanliness is a problem at this property. The only up side is that you can use the amenities at the Sheraton next door, When it was reported that blood was found on a pillow case from the previous guest, the only thing the front desk said was “I’ll get you another pillow case”. There were beer bottle caps under the bed, stains on the ceiling and walls, would not stay here again; would prefer to pay a little more for cleanliness.

The man at the front desk was very friendly. Upon entering the room, it smelled sort of musty and it looked like it hasn’t changed in a few decades. The lock worked but was a little stiff. The fridge was big and had a freezer drawer in it. The tv had subtle permanent static going across it. They have an outdoor pool that closes at 7 pm but we weren’t able to use it because of the weather.

Excellent price to stay for me and my dog. Room was moderate and very clean. Bed super comfortable. Ice machine was not working so had to go next door to the four points hotel to get every morning. They were very accommodating. Unfortunately the outdoor pool was not open when we went-(June 9-11). Staff very attentive and very nice. Would have liked a microwave but fridge was spacious.

I don’t know where to begin. From blood stains on the pillows and bed sheets Shower floor was bubbly and water / air under the floor of the shower.. with stains and sand not cleaned out from previous guests. Mold on windows and AC unit. Beer caps under shams.. Windows broken to the point where you had to shove it back in to keep it from opening. I get these motels are antiquated but no excuse to not be clean.

Everything about the stay was good except for the shower. The water temperature was completely unpredictable — it would randomly switch from comfortable to dangerously hot or freezing cold in seconds. Taking a shower felt like playing roulette. I honestly took the fastest shower of my life because I couldn’t wait to get out. This really needs to be fixed.

This was our first stay in Cape Cod,ever.Checked in Sunday,Sept 6 for Labor Day Weekend.We didn't interact with any staff at Ocean Park Inn,because there wasn't any staff there at 6 p.m. when we checked in,but a sign directing us to property next door.So,we had to get into the car,after a long day,and drive next door to the "sister hotel" Four Seasons,to check in.Not a far drive,but inconvenient,and I had no notice to do this prior to arrival.After checking in next door,we received only a room key Rm 47,no map of the facilities,no manual for AC,no map of the grounds or where to locate the indoor pool,which closes at 8,according to "sister hotel,"and it's now 7 pm.We check the beds, they were clean with the old mattress springs,room was stuffy,tried to turn it on.The bathroom sink had hair in it,and the toilet seat was worn and needed replacing.To get to the indoor pool,we had to,once again,drive next door to use it.No changing space,so used the bathroom.7 p.m. must have been too late for the Four Seasons staff to restock the pool towels.We waited for them to bring some after two other hotel patrons had requested towels,but no one brought any.So,dripping wet,we got into our car and drove back next door to our room.You could hear people up all night talking as the room air wasn't on to block noise.I'd recommend just staying at Four Seasons,I guess?
