"The hotel grounds were beautiful. The only complaint is there are only double beds if you book a room with two beds. Can make for an uncomfortable sleep if you’re a family of four. "

"The room was very clean and comfortable. Also, the staff was very friendly and helpful. I was waiting for a shuttle that was running late and they contacted the company on my behalf to make sure they were still picking me up. I would definitely recommend staying here when you visit Costa Rica. "

"The staff were super friendly and went beyond accommodating. They do not have an elevator and put us on the 3rd floor but had staff to bring our luggage. It wouldn't work for someone that had mobility issues but we were ok. We only stayed one night and it served our purpose as a transition to La Fortuna since they shuttled us to and from the airport-nice. The free breakfast was also very good. The restaurant looked nice but we walked a bit and found a plaza with a few excellent choices. Dinner was excellent and reasonable. Outside the few restaurants near by there is NOTHING to reach on foot. It is great if you are passing through and very pretty."
