"I typically don’t do reviews but I had to on this amazing property. This was an incredible stay!! Loved everything about the room, decor and amenities. Bed and pillows were very comfortable and being privately owned and not by a big corporation was even better. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone. "

"The Garden room had very comfortable bed and pillows, and nice towels, a TV and small Fridge. View of river, with deck was nice. The building is old...older than it looks in pictures. Some of the furnishing in room looked pretty garage sale like. Room is small. Toilet is small and low. 2 sinks were nice, and standup shower, no bath. One thing that bothered me is that there was no sheet to protect touch from quilt. "

"Our stay was perfect! Everyone had ample space. Wonderful experience sharing meals and not feeling cramped. Our puppies had a blast as well. Easy driving distance to the ski slopes and perfect slow mornings sipping on coffee! We will definitely be back!"

"My friend and I stayed for a girls' weekend and it was the perfect, cozy space. It was very clean and comfortable - and very cute. We enjoyed all the provided entertainment, the views of Lake Michigan (right across the street!) and the easy walk into town (less than ten minutes). We would definitely stay here again."

"This cottage was very clean and quiet. It is also very well designed for a small space to include everything you could need. If we were there longer we would have loved to bring our bikes so we could easily get to the beach and downtown. I will say the bed was pretty uncomfortable which was a bummer. Even with that, we’d stay here again due to the cleanliness and ease!"
