We arrived early so they picked us up from the ferry port with our luggage to save us the walk/bus trip and continued to offer us lifts into Bellagio. "Delighted to be given an apartment rather than room for the night. Very spacious and cool. Excellent location for walking to lake and good free parking a few minutes walk away. Breakfast was delivered early next morning. A good selection of food including fresh pastry/bread, coffee, teas and juice. Our only issue was shortage of cutlery which we reported at check out and the owner was not aware any was missing. "

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "
