"Directions to the unit were clear, we found the property easily. The 3 km road leading to it from the main road is incredibly narrow most of the time but even with traffic it is doable. We had everything we needed for our stay, kitchen items, washer, dishwasher. Our host even provided a welcome gift of pasta and tomato sauce and a bottle of wine. Wifi was good. Communication with the host was excellent. I can highly recommend this place to anyone."

"The location of the property is perfect if you want to be in the city centre. We could not be more satisfied with the location and the apartment itself. Well decorated with great space and the views were amazing. We were between staying in Bellagio or Como and so happy we made the decision with Como. We would stay in this apartment again for sure! "We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrea’s apartment. It was even nicer in person than in the photos. The view of the lake was amazing from all the windows, it's amazing to have a shower with a view. We had some rainy days while we were there, but we didn’t mind too much because you could just sit and watch the lake from the huge windows in the living room, and also from the balcony that has a small roof so you can step out there even in rainy weather. The apartment has a wood pellet...

"Che perfezione! This was a wonderful place. Perfect location in Varenna with views of the lake and close to everything. Very fun apartment with everything you would need. "The place was clearly not cleaned when we visited. There were big dust bunnies on the floor next to the bed, cobwebs and dead bugs in corners. The floor was dirty, not wiped and I don't know what else wasn't clean. The tea kettle had residue in it and there were spiders in the shower and other areas. The only reason this place isn't 1 star is because of the location and the views of lake Como."

"The room itself was great and well equipped, it is upgrades and we received a free upgrade with a lake view including a balcony. Our air conditioning did not work the greatest and it was warm getting ready and the Wi-Fi did not work great. The staff was excellent though and accommodated us with our request for one more night and we did not need to switch rooms. Would definitely recommend for a great value and location stay in Lenno "
