"The house was in need of "up dating." The furniture was "well worn." The master bed was sitting on the floor, no frame. The dishes were in need of being replenished. We loved the floor plan and size of the condo. There were plenty of supplies. Very good location. The agents stayed in touch with us making it easy for communication."

"The stay was pleasant. I particularly liked the trains that run all night, I used to live by the train tracks when I was younger, so it brought back some good memories. I'm thankful that they don't blast their horns at 1:00am. The house was really nice, fully socked for doing your own cooking if you so choose. The Master bedroom had the best view in the morning at sunrise. Right above the hills over the lake. I liked it, I would stay there again."

"We were scheduled to fly to Maui on the day of the devastating wildfires for stay near Lahaina. We canceled that trip and looked to see if there was a last minute alternative within driving distance of a home in Seattle. We feel really lucky to have found this gorgeous spot. The location is excellent - on a sandy (for a lake anyway) beach with gorgeous views of Lake Pend Oreille. It's within an easy walk of the charming downtown, which I still recognize from my childhood summers spent there...

"They place is beautiful. It’s a bit dated. No smart tv no remote access. Have to physically get a key from a different location. Also can’t park your boat trailer. All very difficult and unwelcoming for a lake town. Have to contact another company for boat slip. Lots of hoops."

"We came to Sandpoint for a birthday celebration with family coming from a few different areas of the PNW. The accommodations were big enough to house 4 couples, 2 young kids and a newborn with lots of room to spread out. Kitchen was well-stocked for the couple of meals we cooked. Shops and restaurants were within reasonable walking distance. A couple of teenage deer and some goslings visited during our stay making it even more memorable!"

"First and foremost, the condo was immaculate. There were plenty of essentials for my daughter and I. There is even a washing machine and dryer, which we did not need, but what a luxury to have. The check in was simple and easy and communication with the manager/owner was immediate and easy. We were only there for 2 nights to attend a Memorial Service, but I can see why a longer stay on the water would be fun for a family. Getting into town was a quick walk. "My daughter and I spent Easter weekend at this beautiful unit. From the start, my communication with James was very clear and helpful. Check in instructions were simple. The unit is beautifully decorated and was very comfortable and well appointed. Everything was clearly labeled and easy to find. We cuddled up with the cozy blankets on the huge couch and played games all night long. We had an amazing stay and will definitely be back. This was place is a real gem, thank you James!"
