"I would recommend Ray’s place to anyone going to Cooperstown. We went for Cooperstown Dreams Park and it was an affordable option and an easy 12 min drive - day and night. The apartment is much bigger than it looks online! The only thing I would say is that you should note that it is in the basement of their home so you might hear people walking around on top of you, but you get used to it after a while and if you’re there for CDP, you’re not gonna spend much time inside anyway! Communication...

"We were in town for the weekend to see our son play at Doubleday Field and this spot was perfect. We did walk everywhere! The apartment was cute and clean plus had the little extras like books, games, and coffee available. We enjoyed morning walks to Schneider's Bakery and coffee at Stagecoach Coffee."
