"On arrival I was greeted by the Manager Mr Orcun who had a very hospitable approach. During my stay it was busy which shows that there’s a lot of excellent qualities within the service presentation. Breakfast is excellent and there’s staff willing to serve you until it’s time to leave the food hall. You can even have your your eggs done to your liking etc. Food is nice and fresh also the area always clean. That’s more than 6 stars in my book. My check out time would have been too early due to a late flight departure. After speaking with Guest Relation Manager Ms Tamara and Mr Burpham who is an interpreter on site. Together with my 4 friends, our hotel bookings extended at no extra cost. No stress and only happiness 👍😊 What an excellent service. 5 stars is not enough and I wish them all the best. I will return very soon 👍 and already recommend this quality to many friends. "
