"Nice hotel convient to shopping and places to wat. Clean quiet hotel."

"The bedroom had all the features I like: end tables with plenty of plugs on both sides of the bed, sink outside the bathroom, granite counter with sink, plenty of counterspace by the sink, Dove shampoo, conditioner, body wash available in the shower. The elevator was not working, so had to carry to the third floor but was offered help in carrying. That made the uncarpeted stairs (carpet had been ripped out, none put in yet) a bit of an eyesore. Breakfast would have been a little nicer with bacon or sausage to go with the scrambled eggs but otherwise good. Coffee ran out an hour before breakfast closing. "

"Such a lovely hotel! The staff were all so friendly and helpful! We loved the skyway option to walk places and the room was very pleasant and comfortable. "

"The DoubleTree in Holland is very nice. It is clean and open feeling in the common areas. Our room was big enough for the two of us, and the bed was really comfy. It is located just off 131, so easy to get around Holland. "

"We wanted a place close to the zoo. We came in for the lantern festival. Hotel was clean, staff friendly. It looks like there is a balcony but it was only a facade. Husband found a piece of soap on the floor upon entering most likely dropped by housekeeping. Could have been something worse right? All kidding aside, we would surely stay here again. "
