"We parked in the private back lot next to our room which was easy and convenient."

"All the staff were amazing, the rooms very clean. Only suggestion is to keep restocking the market and the water pressure in the bathroom was low. "

"I stayed here for a hockey tournament. My room was upgraded at check-in to a fallsview room. The hotel was comfortable and clean. Staff were very tolerant to social gatherings with teammates. "

"Did I two rooms one for myself and the other for my grandchildren one of the rooms that I have heat in front in 35° weather . They cannot relocate me to another room because they didn’t cannot accommodate me and my grandchildren. I had to stay in the room all night, freezing cold and cannot get any sleep. I think I should’ve got refunded for the room."

"The room was nice and the beds comfortable. The pool temperature was nice and warm. The breakfast selection was very good - eggs, sausage, 3 waffle makers, cereal, fruit, yogurt, and muffins. The front desk was very helpful - recommended a very good restaurant nearby."
